I’m glad to use the hotel sink on socks, etc., but for larger items that might get spilled on, are there laundry facilities on the Basque tour?

Several of us used the self-service Garbimatik next to the Bretxa market in San Sebastián. The guide pointed it out on our orientation walk. We were there in 2024 and at that time it was coin only, but there was a change machine. We did it after the morning guided tour the next day.

There was a self-service laundromat just a block away from the hotel in Pamplona that several of us used. Be sure to bring cash.
