Are Renfe Points only for Spaniards?
If not, how do I get a Renfe Card Number?
I've looked all over there site and searched and can't find how to get a Renfe Card Number
or if it's even possible for a non Spaniard.

I would not think there would be a problem of nationality, but you can do the reading.
