Arcos or Ronda for a one day trip from Sevilla

We want to spend one day (no overnight) in one of the hill towns. The shorter bus trip is from Seville to Arcos de la Frontera (1.5 hours) rather than Ronda (over 2 hours). Can anyone comment about the bus rides to either of these towns? Not interested in something super curvy/windy…

Or should we skip it. We’ve been to Cordoba, Granada, Cadiz, and Osuna in addition to 3 weeks in Seville.

Whether to go or not is a personal choice. You need to ask yourself if the time it will take to get there and back is worth the time you’ll spend there. Decades ago when we lived in Rota my wife and I somewhat frequently took day trips to Arcos de la Frontera and that was before Spain’s road were in good repair.

The best roads are the ones going to Arcos de la Frontera. The ones heading to Ronda from Sevilla are more rural and will twist and turn more.

Thanks for the assistance. We decided to stay in Sevilla and hire a guide to deepen our experience here. We did already spend one day in Osuna and Cadiz so had the ‘small town’ experience, two days in Cordoba and 4 days in Granada.
