Apartments Ole in Seville

We are thinking to book Apartments Ole in Seville for our stay in September. They have 2 locations. One is near the Cathedral on Calle Segovias and second one is near Plaza Nueva on Calle Albareda.

Would like to know which location is better between the two? And any feedback on this apartment would be highly appreciated.

If you want to be closer to the sights most tourists visit, then the one on c/ Segovia. The other isn’t that far away and would also work. It is closer to the Triana neighborhood and Las Setas. Both are off the main tourist streets and are in residential areas. I know nothing of the apartments themselves.
