Apartment rentals

Any suggestions for one week apartment rentals for two people in Barcelona and Seville in March 2023?

You don’t indicate how many people your apartment needs to sleep, or what amenities (full kitchen? washing machine? air conditioning? etc.) you prefer, but I always start with Vrbo.com and have found great apartments at the right price.

Like Cyn, we've had good luck using the filters and the map feature on booking.com.
I'd also mention that we've found some nice properties on AirBnB.
Pay attention to the cancelation policy for individual accommodations - the more liberal the better.

We booked fisarentals for one week in Barcelona for our September travel. Also in Seville we booked Apartments Olé for one week.
I can update you on both the properties after my visit. Both of them have good cancelation policy.

Thank you to Cyn, Robert, and BG for great tips.
The rental would be for two people.
Two beds and small kitchen are preferred.
Washer and dryer would be nice but not essential.
We'll definitely make sure that we understand the cancellation policies.
We're looking forward to next Spring in Spain.
Thank you!

In late November 2019, my husband and I stayed four nights at Apartamentos Suites Santa Cruz in Seville. It was clean and well kept. It was also spacious but we booked their "superior apartment with terrace." We booked direct, as I avoid third party sites if practical.

The apartment was in a different building than the hotel, but we could have purchased the buffet breakfast held there if we wanted. Sorry, I don't remember if it had a washer and dryer.

In Barcelona we stayed a week at an aparthotel, Hispanos7Suizas, a few blocks from La Sagrada Familia in Eixample neighborhood. Two bedrooms, 2ba, w/d( I won’t rent an apt without them. This was a six week road trip) balcony, and a great concierge who made all of our reservations for us. Highly recommended.

Thank you for more really helpful tips. We were planning this trip in 2020 when Covid hit. So now we're starting over and even more eager to finally visit Spain.

My husband and I stayed at this VRBO rental in 2018. It has two bedrooms and one bath. The owner, Raul, was beyond accommodating. Raul picked us up at the Barcelona airport and stopped by a beach to let us look around and presented some history of Barcelona. At the end of our stay, he drove us back to the airport and escorted us inside to our check-in point! All were included in the price of the stay. It has AC and a washing machine. I just checked and it currently has 317 reviews and is $115 per night.

Lindy,
Thank you so much.
This looks wonderful. I'll definitely check to see if our dates work out.

Just a note to advise metering the expectation for a “washer/drier”. Washing machines are common in vacation rentals, and Airbnb/Vrbo have filters to search for them.

But there’s a 99.5% chance you’ll be hang-drying the wash, just like most Spaniards do.
