Recommendations for an apartment for a 5 night stay in September. Priority is location, close to the main tourist attractions, it would be nice to have a washer. Total cost under 1,000.00 would be a plus I have a hotel booked, however it is .7 miles from what seems to be the main area and we'd prefer to be able to walk during most of our stay. I'm inclined to use booking.com rather than Air B and B because it's easier to keep all my bookings in the same place. Thank you, Sharon

You don't say how many people this apartment needs to sleep?
I used veoapartment.com for our last stay. If you search in the Santa Cruz neighborhood, it will be central. I liked this site/agency as it is local. Unfortunately I did not see the exact apartment we stayed in in 2020 on the site ( it was called Ximenez de Enciso) but there are detailed reviews on most properties.
