Apartment location

We are big fans of Spain Select -- we had great luck with them in Madrid. In Seville our apartment was further out from the center than this one near Macarena and thus a longer walk to the center, but it was a pleasant and easy walk. I would think this would be a pretty good location and certainly manageable on foot to central touristic sights and also close to the Parasol with its bars and restaurants.
