Any suggestion on local websites related to food / food tours in Madrid

One of our Rick Steves' tour guides, Nygil Murrell does excellent food and wine tours in Madrid. His company is called Madrid Tours and Tastings - www.madridtandt.com. His tours are more geared toward tourists rather than locals, but they are excellent. His website also lists some of his favorite shops, catering mostly to locals.

I do follow Rick Steve's book and also interacted with Nygil. Unfortunately he won't be there during those days. However he was so nice to recommend someone else to me "Gourmet Madrid" and I am likely to take their tour. www.gourmetmadrid.com. I would encourage our other forum members to see their website as well. Pretty good.
