Anniversary dining experience in Sevilla

My husband & I will be in Sevilla for our 25th anniversary. Does anyone have a suggestion for a memorable experience? A romantic restaurant with beautiful views & terrific food? A casual off the path place with outstanding food and great classical guitar? Or maybe some combination of both. We just want it to be memorable, in a good way. Something we'll fondly recall on our 5oth anniversary! Thanks!

Our favorite meal of our trip to Spain was at Eslava. There is a bar and tapa's restaurant, mobbed, not what you want. The sit down restaurant next door is small. No view, no music, but elegant food and service. They are closed through August 22. Reservations essential http://www.espacioeslava.com/en/restaurante.

The Meson Don Raimundo has history up the wazoo, and is so concerned about preserving it that their website blocks visitors from the US, so you have to look at what other sites say about it:

This is worth considering only iff you don't think you stand out as American rubes.
The menu is seasonal and leans towards mozarabe dishes as well as andaluz classics.

Frommer's says this:
"You can enjoy the trappings of history when you eat at this formal and classic restaurant in Barrio de Santa Cruz. Originally a Jewish residence, it was converted to a convent in 1362 and served as Sevilla’s first post office in the 19th century. The dining rooms are elegant spaces with high-coffered ceilings and moody historic paintings on the walls. The food, we’re happy to report, is brighter, more boisterous, and full of flavor. The combination of sweet and savory is typical of Sevillano Mozarabic cooking. Look for it in the venison stew, or the pheasant braised with apples. One of the restaurant’s signature seafood dishes is the casserole of squid, grapes, and small fish.

Our most romantic and memorable dinner in Sevilla was a wine and assorted tapas meal assembled from a take-out place and enjoyed on the rooftop terrace of our hotel ( Casa 1800) with a close-up view of the lighted giralda.

I would choose that over a fancy dinner in a stuffy restaurant that does not welcome foreigners.
