This doesn't quite answer your question but if you're looking for a riding vacation, look at Equitours website. There are several rides in Spain. Equitours has been around a long time. We used them in 1992 for an Ireland ride.

A google search also brought up Ride Andalusia but I'm not familiar with them. http://rideandalucia.com/
