Andalusia. Itinerary flying from the US

Please tell me how you would map out a tour from the US where you see Sevilla, Cordoba and Granada. I’m looking for a logical sequence We’ll take trains within Spain but fly into ?? and fly out of ??? :)

Scope out your flights options first. For a lot of us in the US, Madrid is going to be the most economical, and it could work like this: Into Madrid, high speed train to Cordoba, then Sevilla, then Granada, then back to Madrid for last night.
If you don't mind a connection and a multi-city itinerary works out for you, Sevilla, Jerez de la Frontera, Granada, and Malaga have airports.
ETA: I did a quick check on Google, and you can get to all of those airports with only one stop. Iberia is probably your best bet, but check all.

If those are the only 3 cities you want to see you can fly into Seville and out of Granada or the other way around. I would check into Iberia which will connect in Madrid to/from the smaller cities (use the multi city option on the website and be sure to have a longer rather that shorter connection in MAD). Then you can train from one to the next. For me I would just make sure I was in Granada for the weekend, because it's fun. J

Iberia calls in "multiple journeys" rather than multiple cities, you find that choice in the drop down box below return or one way. For example JFK to SVQ on the first journey and GRX to JFK on the second journey. Most flights will land at MAD Terminal 4 and depart from T4 however one in usually t4south and the other T4. I have made in connection in an hour but I was very lucky. Shoot for a 3 hour connection if you can. However, if you book the whole thing as one ticket and your flight is late it will be the airlines problem to get out on another flight.
