Alsa bus ticket problem - Seville Spain to Lagos Portugal

I recently purchased two tickets with Alsa from Seville Spain to Lagos Portugal. My date of travel is July 1, 2016. I used my Canadian credit card to purchase the ticket from the Alsa website but was redirected to to BBVS virtual POS terminal to complete the transaction. Upon completion I did not receive tickets or a confirmation number. I assumed based on other online comments that my transaction did not go through because of my Canadian credit card. However, after a couple days I noticed that my credit card was charged by ALSA ENACTOR LEON for the tickets.

Does anyone know how I can obtain my tickets or get in touch with Alsa from overseas (Canada)?

Sometimes a credit card approval/hold looks like a charge on your account, even if the booking/charging is not finished. In that case, allow at least 5 days for it to clear out. You can also call and talk to a live banker to confirm whether it's a charge or a hold. If it's a charge, then you can alert that agent to the problem.

Despite the wording of this translation, I expect they do accept most Canadian credit cards, especially if you have chip & pin. Alsa.es only accepts bank cards issued in Spain. Those people who wish to pay with international bank cards must use our PayPal payment system. You can also pay with foreign cards as long as they have secured payment configured with its bank.
