We will visit Zaragoza October 20 and 21 (Saturday and Sunday). Will the Aljaferia be open later in the evening. I've read hours are 10:00 -14:00 and 16:30-18:30, and until 20:00 (April-October). I don't know if it is open later until October 1st or mid-October or October 31st. We would like to visit on Saturday, October 20 during the 16:30-20:00 hr. Thanks for reading the post.

Yes, according to Zaragoza Turismo -monumentos website, the hours you list are correct from April to October.
Please note; The Aljafería Palace may be closed during political meetings which are usually held on some Thursdays and Fridays (and also other sporadic days)
I've not been to Zaragoza, yet, so can't recommend any restaurants.
