Alhambra tickets...trouble buying on line

Try all of your cards. Only our debit card worked.

I had trouble too. My paypal credit card worked.

I had the same trouble. Using an Amex card did the trick. Good luck!

You may need to try a different browser. When I booked our Alhambra tickets, I used Firefox.
You may also need to notify your bank regarding this foreign transaction, prior to booking your tickets.

If all else fails, you can call the Alhambra directly. Make sure to dial +34 prior to dialing the number given on their website.

I just read the Terms & Conditions of Purchase on the Ticketmaster website and I found this interesting piece of information:

Note: our system does not accept payment with virtual cards because you need to show the card used for the purchase when you collect your tickets along with a document certifying you are the holder (ID card or passport).

Please note: I realize that this may not be the issue you're having, but it may benefit others in the future.

I used my Visa card. Some years ago I had to sign up for Verified by Visa and I u derstand this allows payments for Alhambra to be easier. Went through first time for me, but for a friend, it didn't work.
As to options, you can ask your hotel to buy it, or research and purchase the Granada Card.

I used my Capital One Quicksilver VIsa on Firefox and it worked perfectly the first time.

I had that same issue when I purchased the tickets. I tried 3 Visa cards and finally was successful with the American Express credit card. Be sure to keep track of which credit card works because you will need to bring that card to obtain your actual printed tickets.
