What is the identification document that is asked for on the official online Alhambra ticket sales site?

Don't ve reluctant to give the information. You are bound to be asked for it again. Your passport is the only valid identification document. Driver's license is useless in Europe. I say this as so many are surprised and reluctant to provide it.

Do we need to show our passports upon entering the Alhambra?

On our recent visit to the Alhambra, we had to show our passports 4 or 5 times during our visit, not just as the entrance.

Can you edit the tickets if you already purchased using your driver's license number in instead of your passport number?
