So I went to the site that was recommended https://www.alhambra-patronato.es/ and purchased tickets for June 12th at 11:00, however when I received my tickets it says my tour date is December 6th at 11:00. I at first was kicking myself because I thought it was user error. So I attempted to do it again, and sadly got the same result. Anyone else running into this? I took a screenshot this time before I paid, so I guess I will have to take it up them.

In Europe the day and month are the opposite way around. So June 12th is 12/06. This is where your problem lies.

That’s very strange because the official website: https://tickets.alhambra-patronato.es
displays a calendar (labeled with the name of the month and the year) for each month where you choose your desired date.

I went online to try to replicate the error and admit the same amount of confusion. You click on a date on the calendar, you don't enter it in any format. Could be a website glitch?

I’m assuming that the OP purchased tickets for June 12, 2023, but when she received them, they said 12/06/23 and thought they were for Dec 6.
But, as Helen indicated, 12/06/23 is actually June 12, so all is well.
