I bought Alhambra tickets at https://www.alhambra-patronato.es/ from what I can see and remember, but the tickets will not open on my computer. Is this a legitimate site? What does Alhambra accept as proof of ticket? I contacted website, but have not heard yet.

Try your phone to see if they open there, then print them. Good luck

I bought tickets for the Alhambra myself back in 2019. I checked my email, and at that time the tickets were in .pdf format. Perhaps you need to download a .pdf reader from Acrobat? You might try sending your email to a friend or relative--preferably one who lives nearby--to see whether they can open the attachment and print a couple of copies for you.
