Alhambra ticket problem?

I purchased tickets online for April 22 and had planned to collect the actual tickets via a ServiCaixa ATM in the morning for our afternoon visit. I'm told you need to have the credit card used to print the tickets. My problem is my bank just informed me that they are issuing a new card which will of course have a different number. I can bring the old card but it will no longer be valid. Has anyone dealt with this? Any advise is appreciated.

Bring the cancelled card - In situations such as this , its purpose is for confirmation of the ticket sale . Also , instead of using the ATM , go to the office at Corral del Carbon on Calle Reyes Catolicos ( there is an attendant there ) to make your transaction . There can be a line there , so allow adequate timehttps://www.google.com/maps/place/Corral+del+Carbon/@37.1746838,-3.5983397,19z/data=!4m5!3m4!1s0x0:0x77630ac2e9d68cdf!8m2!3d37.1749218!4d-3.597999

RDJ,
I'd suggest contacting the Alhambra directly as I'm sure they've dealt with this issue before.

However, it appears that you only need to bring the printed receipt of the reservation or the credit card (along with your passport) to claim your tickets at the Alhambra offices:

Here is this information found on the official website of the Alhambra:

Tickets purchased online or by telephone can be picked up at the cash
machines (ATMs) of branches of "La Caixa" bank in Andalusia and at the
automatic ticket machines at the Alhambra entrance pavilion, using the
same credit card used to purchase the tickets.

Tickets can also be picked up at the Alhambra ticket offices by
presenting either the printed receipt of the reservation or the credit
card you used to pay for them. If the reservation is in your name you
can also pick up the tickets by giving the reference number and
presenting your identity document or passport.

Have a wonderful trip!

RDJ, Hi. I feel your pain because I had exactly the same issue in Oct. 2016. Steven's advice is absolutely correct, all of it. Do go to go to the office at Corral del Carbon on Calle Reyes Catolicos and do bring your replaced/expired card. I was so concerned it would not work but it worked without fault, like it was still an active card. And the attendant at Corral del Carbon was helpful. Relax and enjoy your trip!

Just as a point of reference , this current thread ( linked below )addresses the issue of credit card confirmation for train , plane , and ticketed venues where a voucher is issued to be exchanged at the site . This is not a one size fits all issue , but very much hit or miss . As one isolated example , DB ( German Railways ) does explicitly show on e-tickets , a requirement to produce the credit card for inspection by the conductor . My rule of thumb when it comes to this , is that I bring all credit cards ( particularly ones used aforehand ) with me . Stashed away in my underclothes belt , they don't take up any space or cause any inconvenience . https://community.ricksteves.com/travel-forum/transportation/credit-card-requirements-for-flights-from-europe

Thanks to all that replied. I will bring my old card and pick up the tickets at the Calle Reyes office as it is very close to our hotel.
