Alhambra schedule

Three questions:
I'll be visiting the Alhambra with someone who has to see every exhibit in every room, no skipping. Can anyone give me a good estimate of how much time (hours?) to allot for the Charles V and Alhambra museum (probably even the Museo d Bellas Artes) in the morning before our 2:00 entry with the General Daytime Visit ticket. From what I have read, it appears that we can visit the Charles V and Alhambra museum for free, before our afternoon ticket time.

My plan is to taxi to the Alhambra at 10:00, see the Charles V and museum, eat lunch, then enter the Alcazaba Fort at 2:00 and the Palacio Nazaries at our 3:00 reserved entry time. Is one hour enough time at the Alcazaba Fort for someone who has to crawl up every stairway and see every nook and cranny?

The third question is, I was planning to enter at the Justice Gate, since we are printing tickets in advance. Can we enter there before our General Entry time?

Thank you so much for the help.

I am not sure how much time the museums will take for a completist. My gut says that your plan is fine, just make sure to leave time for lunch! If your entry is timed for 3:00, you can enter between 3:00 and 3:30. I wouldn't push it to 3:30, but if you get to the palace 3:10 or something, you're ok.

Yes, you can enter through the Justice Gate any time. No tickets are checked until you get to the entry of one of the sites (Alcazaba, Palace, Generalife). You are coming in near Charles V, which does not require a ticket, so go in anytime. The museums within it cost a couple euros, but you buy at the door - your ticket for the rest of the Alhambra is not needed.

That is exactly what I needed to know, thanks so much.

"Completist", I love that. The perfect word to describe the third member of our travel group.

Thank you,
