We will be in Granada from Wednesday 10/07 to Sunday 10/11/26 and I just checked official website and found no tickets available from 9/30/26 to 10/12/26. Amazing, I can buy tickets for tomorrow 8/10 and many days throughout the next three months. I thought booking now about two months in advance would be sufficient. Am I missing something or is this the final word on purchasing tickets. We wanted to buy tickets for 10/08, 10/09 or 10/10. Appreciate any help.
Adding to the above posting by me, I find availability through Get Your Guide and Viator for some slots those days with small and medium size tour groups. Have used GYG and Viator many times in past, are these legit? Prices are all over the place.
There is availability for your dates if you buy the "Dobla de Oro" tickets, which are a little more expensive and include some other sights in Granada.
Vendors who operate via Viator and GYG sometimes buy tickets to resell. I would only buy from them as a last resort. Most likely it would be legitimate, but it would cost more and be less certain.
Something must be going on in Granada in mid-October. I just spent a frantic few hours earlier this evening shopping for two tickets for October 15. Available tickets were disappearing from my screen as I shopped. At one point, only single tickets were available. I would have had to buy 2 tickets with staggered timed admissions into the Nasrid Palace, whereby my wife would have entered first and I would enter 30 minutes later. Fortunately, somebody must have released a pair with the same time and I snapped them up. I had to buy the €30 Dobla de Oro version which is not bad. It includes admission to a few other monuments which can be visited the day before and the day after the Alhambra visit.
October 12 is a huge holiday in Spain. It can turn into a 3-4 day weekend, with many many local tourists.
Found tickets through
“Top Tour ALHAMBRA GRANADA.”
Is it legit?
