I am using the Official website of the Alcazar in Sevilla as I try to book online tickets for a visit.

The site does not allow me to actually buy a ticket - it seems to be a loop in which the need for a ticket is stressed and the attraction is described, but as soon as I try to actually purchase a ticket, I'm out of luck and the process begins anew!
Help!
Has anyone had luck with this?
Even though this is the Official Alcazar site, am I using the wrong approach / site to make an advance ticket purchase.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I just checked the website and something is definitely wrong with the website at this time. It is not you!
I bought tickets through this website about 2 months ago and I know that when it is working it is possible.
Why not give them a day or two to fix this glitch and try again?
