I'm booking tickets for the Alcazar, including the Upper Royal Quarters tour. Once I arrive for entry at the appointed time, is there is a different, specific ticket time for the Upper tour or do I just go to the Upper tour location when ever I want once I'm in the complex? Thanks for your help.

Hi Jenny, we didn’t do the Upper Royal Quarters, but I remember seeing a door for that section inside the building. I think there was someone at that door. We had reserved tickets for the Alcazar. Stay to the left, and you can bypass the line on the right that is people purchasing tickets.
