We will be leaving Malaga in mid October and need to catch an early am flight from AGP. Are there any hotels in Malaga that have 24 hour airport shuttle service? Thanks for you help.

Look at a hotel’s amenities on any number of websites. There probably are some. The city is about 20-30 minutes from the airport.
On our recent trip to Spain we had the opposite of your situation. Our flight arrived very late in the evening and we needed a nearby hotel upon arrival. We stayed at Parador de Málaga Golf Club that is about two miles from the terminal. I’m sure it could arrange a taxi.
We had a rental car.
