What company have you used for Airport pickup in Madrid to bring you to your hotel? I know I can get a taxi, but might want to treat myself this time. TIA

Contact your hotel. Often they can provide private transfer with a reputable trusted company, and for a reduced price.

We’ve used Suntransfers (suntransfers.com) several times to pre-book pickups for larger groups. They’ve always been great.
For two or three people, we just get a taxi.

Treat yourself to a great dinner and take a taxi. Taxistas drive new cars that are comfortable and there is always a taxi line out in front of the terminal. It's kind of a waste of money to have a driver pick you up. Save that for something else. If you really need a private pick-up, I agree that your hotel will be your best bet but it will cost much more.
