We have a flight from Barcelona to Granada. We are staying at Hotel Midmost and the flight is at 10:30am. How early do I need to leave the hotel?

Depends on how far the hotel is from the airport. I don't know that. Ask the hotel for the time to the airport and then add at least one and a half hours to that time. I would probably plan on two hours.
