We (2adults + 1 kid (5yr) + 1 baby (18m) are traveling to Madrid in April. We would like to rent an apt for 3-4 nights in Madrid before we travel to Seville for 2nights. Any recommendations for both cities? Our budget is approx USD 100-150.

I don't have experience with AirBnB in Spain yet - but my husband and I have places booked in both those places in April. We've had great luck with AirBnB in Amsterdam and in the US. Just make sure you read reviews for the lessors and feel good about the accommodations.
We booked with spain-select.com in Madrid a few years ago and had a wonderful apartment in a great location at a good price. The company was excellent. We would definitely go with them again. We had three apartments in Spain and this company's Madrid apartment was by far the best.
