Not familiar with these but I can advise you to avoid the BCN Fashion House, even though it was recommended by Rick Steves and others. It was not as advertised and was a bad experience for us.

I am not familiar with either hotel so will give you my advice re location, leaving you to Tripadvisor for others' reviews. Ohla is a more convenient location for sightseeing. The Pullman, however, is right by the beach at Barceloneta. Via Laietana (Ohla) can be noisy (this I do know from experience) so perhaps ask for a quiet room away from the street. I would still go with Ohla as I prefer the location.
