Advice for air travel from Granada to Lisbon

Hi! i realized recently that there is no direct flight from Granada to Lisbon - we would rather avoid a long journey w/ a layover in Barcelona. (5 hours, US$70).

I am considering a bus (or Uber) to Malaga airport and taking Tap Air Portugal to Lisbon (only 3 flights a day, about 1.5 hours, US$90)

is this advisable? or is there a better way?

should i get the air tix from Malaga to Lisbon now? or will they not sell out?

does anyone know if UBER is easily available in Granada?

we are a group of 6 and we will be doing this journey on June 5, 2024.

A driver from Granada to Málaga will cost hundreds of euros, especially with a van.
Taking a morning bus (Alsa runs buses from Granada to Malaga airport) and an afternoon flight will be more cost-effective.

The flight could sell out, or it could have not enough seats for the 6 of you. Before it sells out, though, the fare is likely to increase quite a bit. What you see now could triple before your travel date.

You can get a high-speed train from Granada to Málaga Maria Zembrano station for about $25 apiece and then take the metro to the front door of the Málaga airport. Easy easy easy.
