Accommodation in Seville -- Arenal, Triana, Alameda de Hercules, Triana

Wondering if anyone is familiar with the Arenal district in Seville and if you have stayed there. I found a decent flat there, but don't know much about the area, as a place to base ourselves. What's it like?

I've looked for cool apartments in Triana, Alameda de Hercules and Santa Cruz without much luck. If anyone has stayed at a flat that you loved in any of these areas (or anywhere in Seville for that matter), I'd love to know, if you don't mind sharing the link.

We will be in Seville during the week after Semana Santa this April.

Ideally we'd like to be on a quiet street, in a local neighborhood, not with throngs of tourists...

Thank you so much.

We’ve Stayed at Hotel Patio de la Alameda - small apartments arranged around an inner courtyard - great central location but very peaceful and cool ( in the not scorching hot sense!) because the windows look out onto the inner courtyard. Just around the corner from the Plaza Alameda de Hercules.
