We're considering staying in Marbella, Spain for 10 days at the end of September. We have found the perfect studio on the beach but it's not air conditioned. The owner says its unnecessary because it's cool there and the ocean breezes are sufficient to cool us. First question - is it not going to be warm enough for a beach vacation, and second- will it not be warm enough to need AC?

We were there early oct last year and slept w windows open, but we were high floor facing med and had a breeze. Plus had a ceiling fan. So room position and a ceiling fan have an impact.
