My stay at Petit Palace La Viña was excellent. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained, and the overall service was outstanding throughout my visit.
What impressed me most was the exceptional honesty and helpfulness of the staff. After I accidentally left my AirPods behind, the team went above and beyond to help locate them and coordinate their return. Their prompt communication, professionalism, and willingness to assist made what could have been a stressful situation much easier.
It's clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests, even after check-out. I am very grateful for their efforts and kindness. The combination of great accommodations, excellent service, and a dedicated team makes Petit Palace La Viña a hotel I would gladly recommend and happily stay at again.
