A single day driving itinerary through White Hill Towns area

During an upcoming trip, we want to drive through Ronda and the White Hill Towns area - leaving Seville in the AM and reaching Granada for the night stay. This is during the first week of November; so less day light. Looking for suggestions on points of interest in that drive, scenic spots to stop over and any suggestions for lunch stops.
Also, is that time known for constant rain?
Thanks in advance!

There will be about 5 hours of driving, plus whatever time it takes to drive through the towns and make any stops. If you’re picking up and dropping off the rental car the same day, that too will occupy some of your available time.

If it was my day trip I’d go south to Arcos de la Frontera then head east going through Zahara de la Sierra before continuing on to Ronda (Northern route). Taking the other, southern route, you’d leave Arcos heading to Grazalema and continuing to Ronda.

Sevilla - Arcos de la Frontera about 1.5 hours
Arcos - Ronda about 1.25 hours with no stops
Ronda- Granada about 2 hours if going in the direction of Antequera. If heading down to Malaga to take the highways, it will take just under 3 hours with no stops.

Try to get a hotel outside the historic center of Granada that has parking. That might make driving a little easier in the city.
