Will be in Andalusia for five full days/2 travel days. Staying in Calahonda. Thoughts are 1 day - Grenada (Alhambra), 1 day - Gibraltar, 1 day - circle through some white cities to include Ronda, and possibly 1 day- Seville. Plus 1 day just to chill on the beach. Anything major being missed? I don't think we can fit in Cordoba. Is Seville too much or far? Thanks H.
You are not making things easy for yourself with this location.
A quick search reveals Granada and Cordoba 2 hours by car, and Sevilla 2.5 hrs.
This is where I don't understand some peoples preference for a base from which to make daily excursions.
Your travelling becomes the journey there PLUS the journey back, rather than just moving from one place to the next. Anyhow that's a personal preference.
I would question Gibraltar too. Do you like rocks, apes and all things British?
Although it's hard to simplify a trip like this, you may have a more enjoyable time if you do. I'd just drive up to Ronda, spend the night, and then go to Seville, and end up on the beach.
Good luck.
