4 Nights in Granada, 2 Nights in Nerja, 3 Nights in Seville: June/July 2016

Hello! Traveling to Andaluica this June/July 2016 with my husband & looking for some insider tips on fun things to do while in Granada, Nerja & Seville. We will have a car during our entire trip so day trips are possible, too. Does anyone have any suggestions for us!? We love to spend time outdoors, find hole-in-the-wall places, get lost in windy streets, enjoy the beach, drink wine...you name it, we love it. Thank you so much!! Any & all suggestions are welcome. Cheers. :)

You will not need a car while in Granada, and you definitely don't want to have a car while in Seville. Some areas in the historical center have traffic restrictions and parking is very limited in the city center of both cities.

A better strategy, if you can, is to pick the car rental after visiting Granada and return it upon arrival in Seville, so that you are not hindered with it. In your shoes, if you want to visit the small towns of Andalusia, I would limit my stay in Granada to a couple of nights and maybe add 2 nights to Ronda or some other Pueblo Blanco (whitewashed village) on my way from Nerja to Seville. You could even reallocate some of the nights from Granada to Nerja and use Nerja as a base for day trips to the Pueblos Blancos. However I think staying in Ronda is a better option. It's pretty and from thee it's a short day trip to visit Zahara or Grazalema, two other famous white villages. That's what I did anyway. I used Ronda as my base.
