Last-minute Itinerary change (3 month passport dilemma)

So my husband and I were booked for 9 nights in Spain but when we got to the airport yesterday they said my husbands passport fell outside the required 3 month window of expiration so now we had to renew the passport and lost a day on our trip. We are trying to rearrange and is so hard to give up something. Here is our itinerary. Any suggestions ? We are not sure whether we can do Córdoba anymore as it would cut in to Seville.

Sat afternoon- Monday morning : Seville - was going to do Córdoba Sunday but that leaves only an afternoon in Seville.

Monday morning - booked rental car to drive to Ronda- overnight stay - have a wine tour booked Monday at 2 pm.

Tuesday- can leave at leisure to drive to Granada - stay in Granada until early Thursday

Thursday - Sunday - Madrid overnight.

Does anyone see how we can rearrange to fit Córdoba ? Can't change the rental car or the hotels at this point and already booked train from Granada to Madrid. Any suggestions are appreciated !

Cordoba does seem easiest to skip, so just forget about it and enjoy Seville. FYI, I still haven't seen Cordoba after three trips to Spain, but I trust I'll get there, eventually.

I'd try cancel the wine tour. They may come good for at least a partial refund.

Sat pm, Sun: Seville
Mon am: Pick up car. Drive to Córdoba
Mon late pm: Drive to Ronda
CANCEL wine tour booked for Monday at 2pm
Tue am: Ronda
Tue pm: Drive to Granada
Wed: Granada
Thursday - Sunday: Madrid

Yes, I would think that a car is more of an annoyance in Cordoba than it is in Ronda. However, the Parador in Ronda did charge for parking. You have a lot of driving in a few days, glad you have a train back to Madrid. We would understand your trip slightly better if your profile showed your home city or country.
