Good Day!

Looking to plan a last minute trip, am I crazy to try and put this together?

I was planning a trip back in 2018, but then it got delayed, and then we know what happened a couple years after that. Needless to say, it never happened. That said, I’m now trying to rejuvenate those plans, this was an itinerary that sounded doable. I’d love some input to see if I can get this rolling again, thank you in advance.

Day
1. ARRIVE Barcelona (4N)
2. Barcelona
3. Barcelona
4. Barcelona
5. Fly to Granada (2N)
6. Visit the Alhambra
7. Train to Seville (3N)
8. Seville
9. Seville
10. Train (via stop in Cordoba for the Mezquita) to Madrid (4N)
11. Madrid
12. Day to Toledo
13. Madrid (or day to Segovia)
14. DEPART Madrid

Good plan, but consider one less day in Barcelona and add in a stop at Cordoba between Seville and Madrid.

Very doable. There are all kinds of variations you could pick, based on your interests. But nothing at all wrong with this plan.

If you're planning a day trip to Toledo and arriving via Atocha from Cordoba, I would suggest staying in Barrio de las Letras. Great access to big museums, close to Atocha for trip to Toledo and arrival, great food scene.

If it were me, I’d take a night from Barcelona and/or Madrid and stay a night or two in Cordoba. For sure, go to Segovia. Have an awesome trip!
