This looks like a good plan, well paced, but I don't know about the "Cordoba quarter" in Seville. If this refers to the city of Cordoba, it's about 45 mninutes by train from Seville, a reasonable day trip or stopover, perhaps on day 6 with an overnight there, or on day 7 on the way to Madrid. Or on day 4 if you take the train instead of bus -- Cordoba is the rail "hub" for Granada, Seville, and Madrid. The Mezquita there is one of my "top sights" in Europe.

I am confused by “Cordoba Quarter. ” Are you referring to the beautiful city of Cordoba?
Or to the Jewish quarter of Cordoba?

This is a well paced itinerary allowing time to see AND be there. Love seeing the time set aside for a vacation day at the beach. Now take the time to plan how to most efficiently visit these destinations with advanced timed purchases (especially check on Alhambra ticket availability). Keep in mind Spain comes alive at night so learn how to adapt to live like a local.

You can train Granada to Seville or whatever.

Alhambra sells tickets online.

Consider day trip to Cadiz, Jerez, Arcis, etc.

Barcelona has a number of districts. Be aware of lax laws on pickpockets

If your flight to Granada is on one ticket, OK. If not, have a longer connection time.
Not enough time in Seville, need three full days.
Royal Palace is closed on Sunday.
Forget the beach, you can do that in North America. Spend more time in Barcelona, watch your valuables, pickpockets are terrible.

Suggest one…or two…less nights in Granada and spending at least one night in Cordoba. The Mezquita is incredible, the city is lovely and the food is great.

I was in Spain in 2019 and did Madrid, Cordoba, Seville, Granada, and Malaga. I highly recommend a stop in Córdoba to visit the Mezquita Mosque-Cathedral. It's an easy stop on the way from Seville to Madrid by train.
