I am meeting a friend at the Madrid Airport this coming up Saturday morning. I am coming from Ireland, and while my ticket says I arrive in Terminal 1, the airport website says that Aer Lingus uses Terminal 4. My friend is coming from Seattle and she thinks she's arriving in Terminal 1. She arrives about 2 hours before I do.
Okay, here is my question, if I come in to Terminal 4, can someone explain how difficult or easy or exactly how my friend can find the exit from passport control in order to meet me in either terminal? I hear that it is a very big airport. Is it confusing to get around? She's a little nervous about finding her way around the airport complex.
Thanks so much!
Aer Lingus uses T1.
To find somebody arriving at any airport:
Follow the signs to the arrivals area for the terminal.
Stand where all the other people are standing looking toward a door - - family members, friends, drivers holding up name signs.
thanks Ed. that's what I would say :)
Does United also use Terminal 1?
