Want to do the 11-Day Spain My Way Tour, then rent a car in Sevilla, spend 3-4 days driving up the Portugal coast and flying out of Lisbon. Is this a good idea?

The one way drop fees maybe very high. It’s easier driving in Portugal with a car that has a transponder for the Portuguese road tolls, assuming that you would be using the toll roads. Obviously you can’t hire a car in Spain with a Portuguese transponder.
A better option maybe to fly to Lisbon then either explore the city or hire a car to explore the coast.

Thank you...now I see the rental car fees from Sevilla to Lisbon are very high.

Huge drop fees in many cases. Either take a bus or fly. Spain and Portugal do not have easy access between them. Perhaps due to past history of Doanish invasions?
