10 Days in Spain-Itinerary help

Hello!
My mom, sister, and myself will be in Spain from 8/6-8/17. We will be flying into Barcelona and leaving from there as well. We definitely would like to see Barcelona, Monseratt, Madrid, and Toledo. We would like to spend a day or two at the beach if possible. We are open to suggestions! We have two days that we have left open to figure out what we would like to do.

You are not spending enough time IN Barcelona on either itinerary where there is so much to see and do.

Hi you will love Spain... I have visited many times since 1990!

It seems like flights are booked?
Count nights on the ground not fly days.
10 nights

Night 1 - 3 Arrive Barcelona stay 2 nights just see the city itself get on the time zone then day trip to Monsarrat day 3

Day 4 early train to Madrid then on to Toledo lock luggage in Madrid train station ( you cannot lock in Toledo) keep valuables passport all cc & $ on you! This is a room with guards not a locker. Toledo is about 1 hr ride w/trains going hourly be sure to check final departure back!

Return to Madrid in evening check in( let hotel know in advance that you are doing this)

Nights 4-6 Madrid w/day trip to Segovia

Day 7 AVE/ fast train to Seville

Night 7-9 Seville very magical gives you a taste of Moorish Spain or add night from here to Barcelona return if you all want more time on beach!

Day 10 train to Barcelona arrive afternoon see whatever you missed.

Day 11 fly home

My mom was saying we should save Seville and Granada for next time. So I think she will like this one a lot. :)
