In my RS Spain 2020, it says that Hotel Granvia has free breakfast with the RS code. What is the RS code? Thanks.
In my past experience I just email the hotel and ask for a RS discount. I tell them their hotel is mentioned in the guidebook with a discount.
I think this hotel has been renovated. We stayed there a few years ago and it was in need of some improvements. Take care to book a room on the back. We had a room on the front overlooking Granvia Avenue and it was the noisiest room we ever had. The weather was warm and there was no AC and we had to leave a window open. When we checked out we asked the desk attendant to call a taxi and they refused --told us to flag one down ourselves. This was almost the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
If you are open to another hotel recommendation we were very pleased with Hotel Jazz. Looking at a map it's about 5 minutes from Hotel Granvia. I don't know what your budget is but this is another option. We liked the quiet location, roof top view of the city, well appointed rooms, & helpful staff. I believe we paid extra for breakfast but it was the best we had in Spain. One morning we went to a nearby cafe as well. www.hoteljazz.com
