Anyone have any experience with this hotel? Just curious on what you thought about this hotel it terms of location, comfort, and most importantly cleanliness. Thanks for your input

I've stayed here many times and love it. It's clean, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is amazing. It has a spa and a pool, also. You can exit and enter the hotel right off the Plaza Mayor, so it is very convenient. It's also an easy walk to the museums, Palace, and the Atocha Station. I recommend it highly!
