Looking for a moderately priced bed-and-breakfast in Madrid. It must be in a safe neighborhood clean, preferably near the train station.

There is no class of lodging called "B&B" in Spain....what are you looking for, an inexpensive hotel that serves breakfast on site?
Are you ok with having to go to a cafe for breakfast wifi the hotel does not serve it? You will have more options for inexpensive lodgings if you choose the latter..
Which train station do you mean? Atocha?
What is your price maximum per night?
