I can only give you a non-recommendation: The Eurostars Hotel at the train/bus station (Zaragoza-Delicias) has a very undesirable location. It's quite a walk from the Aljaferia and even farther from the historic center. There are buses, but the odd location means the area around the hotel is something of a food desert. I stayed at the Eurostars in midsummer 2016, and it was brutally hot. Everyone else had the sense to be somewhere other than Zaragoza, so the hotel was emptyish and its restaurant wasn't open. There were a few things available from room service, including a pizza that had simply been moved from freezer to oven.
We stayed at Hotel Catalonia El Pilar for two nights in February 2023 and were very happy with it. A short taxi ride from the station and very close to the main plaza, basilica, cathedral and Roman sites. Our room had airconditioning and the breakfast was good.
We just returned from Zaragoza. Loved the town. We stayed at Hotel Sauce and were more than pleased. We’d stay there again. There is a great restaurant across the street and down a bit - La Flor De Lis - exceptional.
