I have to say, a question like this with no context and no background is not going to
get the best assistance from people on the forum (and there is a lot of great info
potentially available from the people on the forum).

E.g, 1) when are you thinking about going 2) how long might you stay for 3) how
cheap or luxurious are you aiming for 4) location 5) specifics of your needs (age,
mobility, space needs, etc).

I will say that Granada seems to be a very reasonably priced hotel city overall. And
there are a lot of apartments if that is an option of interest.

Budget will matter. The Parador of Granada can’t be matched for its location in the Alhambra, but it costs.

We liked the NH Hotel in the central part of Granada. It was very comfortable, great breakfast and service. Join their loyalty club for extra discounts. It was easy to get around from that location. Try to do the Tapas Food Tour recommended by RS, we really enjoyed it.

If you want to look for a hotel in Granada, pull up Google Maps for the city. Pick out a neighborhood and click on the Hotels block at the top. Up pops icons with prices.

Click on the hotel icon and you'll see pictures and all info--along with the hotel's direct website. Their other accommodations block will guide you to apartments which are all over Granada.

We stayed about 1/2 mile west and down the hill from Alhambra in a neighborhood. With a nice apartment we had a kitchen, and we found groceries to be very inexpensive.

We stayed at the Anacapri, it’s in Rick’s book. Great location, nice breakfast and the cheapest hotel where we have ever had laundry done - all you can fit into the bag and it was €16. Thus was October 2022.
