I will be in Granada on Easter and the days on each side.. I am looking for restaurant recommendations (sit down and tapas). I see a lot of the places that I was interested in are closed Sundays and Mondays. I was also hoping to experience flamenco when I visit- do these shows still occur during Easter?

Yes, there are flamenco shows during that time. Expect it to be very busy during that time.

You're traveling to a very Catholic country on the only major holiday weekend bigger than Christmas. Friday and Monday will be state holidays. Plan accordingly.
