On a recent trip to Madrid, we went to Las Carboneras which was featured in the Spain Guidebook. The Flamenco dancing was very enjoyable, but the dinner was awful. It is rare that I go to the trouble of leaving a review, but my advice is get a ticket for the dancing and have a cocktail, and skip the dinner.
