Our flight connection was canceled giving us a day in Barcelona. I don’t see a hotel suggestion for the past few years and would appreciate any advice. thank you

Mercer Hotel in Barri Gòtic is lovely. Spent three nights there recently. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Hotel Continental Barcelona a couple of years back.
This hotel was recommended to me by forum and I would recommend it as well. I would stay there again.
A very well traveled member of this forum also recommended HCC Montblanc.

That's about 219 euro...hotel prices in Barcelona are very high..
Look at the GRAN VIA, on the Gran Via..a good location..it might fit your budget, depending one the month of your visit, and we've stayed there a few times, before they renovated...it's nice..
