We are scheduled to take the RS Eastern Europe tour which ends in Bled with a shuttle after breakfast to Ljubljana. Exactly WHERE in Ljubljana does the shuttle go? We want to get a hotel as we have scheduled our flight home a day later.

Is this shuttle something you’ve already booked yourself?
I took this tour two years ago and there wasn’t an included shuttle the last day, but perhaps things have changed?
Anyway, on our tour, the guide did help people get sorted with transport (taxis, etc) to get to wherever they were headed next (airport, train stations). Many were headed to Ljubljana for the airport.

Ah, I must have misunderstood. I assumed the OP was taking the regularly scheduled coach bus to the city.

We also are wondering how we will get from Bled to Llubljana after our tour ends. And how early a flight we can book from Llubjlana to Amsterdam. One of the comments sounds like the guide can help with arrangements - but I probably should ask the staff at Rick Steves.

For what it's worth, the current description of the tour does not say anything about
an included shuttle from Bled to anyplace at the end of the trip. So I suspect OP
is either mistaken about a shuttle being included, or has booked a separate one
and didn't make it totally clear in the original question.
In any case, if you think a shuttle is included, then clearly the RS office is the place
to get clarification. If you book one separately, then the shuttle company should be
able to confirm dropoff. I would agree with the likely dropoff being the Ljubljana bus
station, from there it's a moderate walk to most hotels.
