Hello. My husband and I will be in Ljubljana in late June/early July and will need to get to Venice to catch our plane home. What is the most efficient and reliable way to do that? (From what I've been able to see online, it doesn't look simple.) Anne

That's a route best done by bus. It's only a little over three hours by bus. Here's a link to one of the carriers: http://www.drd.si/en If you've never been to Venice before and you have a day to spare, it would be worth it to arrive the day before your flight so you can see this magical place.
